To prevent a service interruption due to non-payment, Discover the City services operate with automatic renewal. We will automatically renew the applicable services for a period of renewal according to the original subscription period and will charge the applicable rates using the payment method you have registered.
Unless you cancel your Discover the City services, we will automatically renew the services when the renewal date arrives. We reserve the right to charge for the following renewal periods up to one week in advance. If payment is not made, we may temporarily suspend your services in discoverthecity.net until payment is secured.
Termination and Cancellation
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you must log into your user account and follow the termination procedures listed therein.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all your sales activities, including your relationships with customers and payment service providers. Discover the City is not related to your transactions with any actual or potential customers. You must provide true contact information in Discover the City for all questions, complaints and claims.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Discover the City and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Discover the City.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
